Nick Pompa, COO Experian FootFall, explained: “Gieves & Hawkes has a fundamental understanding of the benefits that customer counting can deliver to its bottom line. In these difficult economic times it is important that retailers are able to measure conversion rates to help them increase sales.”
Sam Thompson, IT Manager from Gieves & Hawkes commented: “We are delighted to have formed the partnership with Experian FootFall. Having the right staffing levels is especially important in our stores where the sales approach is a key differentiator and customers are expecting a high level of service and interaction.
