Implementation management
The implementation of counting solutions needs to be managed carefully so that your business can concentrate on obtaining the actual benefits rather than resolving the issues of implementing the solution. Experian FootFall's Implementation Management will work closely with you on planning what is required when and by whom, so that it is delivered as seamlessly as possible.
Implementation management enables you to use the solution and gain the actual benefits to agreed standards and timescales as quickly as possible. Every business which is integrating counting capability needs to be confident that those who need to be involved are, and that everyone knows what needs to be delivered within the defined timescales. Clear specifications are agreed in advance, and these form the basis of sign-off. We have many years of co-ordinating large scale implementation projects running to hundreds of locations, integrating with client systems across the globe
Implementation plan delivery
At the start of any project, Experian FootFall provides a comprehensive management and implementation plan for device and local connections within your locations - including networking - to ensure that the solution has an appropriate and robust infrastructure on which to operate. We ensure that all tasks requiring co-ordination - such as integration with your systems, working with your suppliers and agreeing design specifications - are all agreed and completed as planned
Project Management
On commencement of a project, Experian FootFall will arrange a project "kick-off " meeting which will be led by one of our project team. Its purpose is to establish preferred contacts and communication channels, and agree the expectations of all involved. This is essential to the overall success of the project, and we expect our clients to nominate a suitable contact person who can take responsibility and decisions to operate with our project manager. A Functional Design Specification (FDS) will be produced by the Project Manager to outline all of the actual design and key tasks, which will highlight ownership and timescales for each one. The content of this document will be agreed prior to the project commencing, and will form the basis of the acceptance criteria for the solution.
